Every time you access or use the Job Arcade, you (User) represent that you have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions mentioned below. Please read this page carefully and if any person continues to use our website, we assume he or she agrees to our terms and Conditions stated here.

General

As a User (Job Seeker, Employer, or Partner,) of the Job Arcade website, you will be required to share relevant information on the website. All users are responsible for ensuring that the shared content, text, images, graphics, and CV uploaded on Job Arcade comply with all applicable laws in Sri Lanka. Job Arcade does not take any responsibility for any illegal or inaccurate data advertised by the users and we assume all users are rational individuals.

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the form, content, and accuracy of any resume or material placed by you on the Website. Employers are solely responsible for their postings on the Web Site. The Company is not responsible for any material posted on the Website that may be offensive, harmful, or inaccurate although we take genuine efforts to avoid such posts.

The Users are responsible and guarantee that their content does not violate any copyright, intellectual property rights, or other rights of any person or entity, and consent to release Job Arcade from all obligations, liabilities, and claims arising in connection with the use of ( or the inability to use ) the service.

Intellectual Property

The site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Talentfort(Pvt) Ltd and are protected by Sri Lankan and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Termination and Equitable Relief

During an event of a breach of Terms and Conditions or if the company is unable to verify or authenticate any information provided by a user, the company may, without notice in its sole discretion, and at any time terminate or restrict your use or access to the platform ( or any part thereof) for any reason, including, without limitation, that the company based on its judgment and perception believes you have violated or acted inconsistently with the terms and conditions.

Given the nature of these Terms and Conditions, you understand and agree that, in addition to monetary damages, the Company will be entitled to equitable relief upon a breach of them by you.

Our website may contain links or other connections to third-party websites. The Company provides these links only as a convenience to you and does not endorse, and is not responsible for, the contents on such linked sites. Further, The Company is not responsible for any viruses accessed through a said third party. If you decide to access linked third-party Web sites, you do so at your own risk.

Payment and Cancellation

Categories and services of Job Arcade require payment, including but not limited to, candidate-paid accounts, employer-paid accounts, and posting of job advertisements. All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees.

Under no circumstances shall Job Arcade refund any payments made with respect to Paid Services. However we do not intend to make undue or unethical income and you are requested to inform any over-payments, or mistakenly done payments directly to our company for fair judgment.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Company reserves the right to amend/alter or change all or any disclaimers or Term(s) and Condition(s) of the agreement at any time without any prior notice. Such amended terms shall be posted on the platform.

Governing Law

This Agreement (and any further rules, policies, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and constructed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
